What we do is simple. Our sole mission is to help companies of all sizes and individual sales people improve their professional lives and sales results buy developing fundamentally sound selling skills and strategies.  On the surface it’s that simple but how you apply those to a sales organization or individuals performance can make all the difference in the world. About us

Dee Haskel’s passion for excellence has led to a highly successful 25+ year career as a top performing sale person, manager, trainer and coach.  She’s a well document workaholic, fitness freak, and sales coach.  With unwavering success she has grown and prospered in the sales profession since the early 80’s across a variety of industries and under all economic conditions.

Always believing that the relationship comes first and all else follows, Dee’s trained thousands of sales professionals, customer service representatives, and inside sales teams in sales seminars, products trainings, over the web and via teleconference for a variety of high tech sales organization over the last decade.   She’s organized and deliverd highly customized sales training workshops and is the Co Author of book “The Unnatural Salesman” and a regular contributore to the sales training resources section of this website

Tim Kubiak is self proclaimed sales geek and social media addict who began his sales career in the 5th grade on the school bus funding his initial operation by not using his ice cream money for three days but rather going to the corner store and buying 8 pieces of sour candy for 1.00 and then selling each for piece for 25 cents on the 35 minute school bus ride every day.  Quickly learning to track the popularity of an item and to take prepaid special orders like grape taffy from his customers he discovered the art of the up sell by adding better mark up adding a few cents extra profit here and there for the specialized service .  He’s been selling something ever since and today would probably be arrested for operating without a permit like those kids you hear about on the news with their lemonade stands.  Fortunately for us he’s gone legit.

His true processional selling career began after the freshman year of college with in home sales of vacuum cleaners, replacement windows, and insurance.  After college in business to business sales in media sales, and eventually in technology where he has been in sales and leadership roles for more than 18 years.   His accomplishments include acquiring, expanding and managing a 9 figure annual global account, helping several start ups turn into thriving enterprises, and the sales and marketing turn around of a midsized company.
